World at odds (WAO)

In next few days / weeks I have set up the goals for myself. I may or may not achieve but I will give up a try.
1) Technology if any and which one required.
2) Contacts that can be helpful in breaking.
3) Time frames as like the Gantt charts.
4) Capital required.
5) Planning it before thinking of execution.
Thing is flexible, but somehow I am convinced to be cashing on web2.0. It is small check post. I will return to you know with some concrete updates.
