I watched this movie in installments and you should avoid doing that. It is a sweet movie with lots of reality bites. Mr. boyle here proves to be a good story teller and he has also lots of commercial sensibility. Thou to the international standard it is not a costly movie, but I wonder where more they would have put the money. It’s a movie you all will like for the commendable performances put up by the cast and the support of technical team.

Story I would not reveal as it may kill the fun but I can tell you that it is adaptation of a book from Swarop called Q & A. I forget the name of the screenplay writer but I read somewhere he is in more demand in market than Boyle himself. He has 3 trips to Bombay slums before he completed the screenplay. Indian screenplay and story writer has to go to the other side to make movies with title like New York and Namaste London and may be every next movie is based in West. Bollywood still not take its audience seriously. It still want to emulate the success if DDLJ and I am having uneasiness after Ghajni we may have more revenge drama.

Well music of the movie is quiet good and A R Rahman deserves to win few of those global awards. Somehow we Indians won’t find them refreshing as most of the sounds we have heard. In the context of the movie the music score is well placed and I guess you will love it. You all should get hold of music to celebrate the success of the maestro.

For a change Anil Kapor is devilish in this movie but somehow for me he is a ham actor. Irfan has a non important role and hats off to those kids ( suna some of them were slum dwellers) who carried the movie with Boyle and the screenplay.

An Oscar, there are all possibility because it is not a complex movie and for jury it will be a fresh taste of our world.
