I don’t want to be a slave of time. Let me introduce you to the proudest monkey. I heard about him while listening over a track from Dave Mathew’s Band. Monkey keep on doing same things over again and again jumping from tree to tree, sliding down the hills. One day one of the monkey reached City and he become the proudest monkey. Is it all that’s we can talk about him. Yes we can talk more about him but cannot take him out of you.
I am not able to understand is the monkey is proud on himself or the other monkeys are proud of him for moving out. It has to be the monkey himself, the other monkeys will tell him he can face difficulties, unseen enemies and will be left out of the pack forever. Proudest monkey won’t buzz off. He is on a mission of his own. Being a monkey will not be a boring affair anymore. He will do new things in the city and will be learning in every step he takes how to survive.
May be Dave talked about Monkey because like us he is also a social animal. He too lives in pack, has laws of territories, competition, fears and hope. He has a special role in his society. May be not as organized like ants. Yes ants I think they are the supreme creation with Bees and all such creatures that are the superlative example of collectivism at its best. Ants and bees are like a successful communalist state and we with our dear closest neighbor monkey are a failed affair. Monkey fights, they sit idle, steal, rob and may be under stress of living in a corrupt society. That’s why they have all the chances of making some Proud Monkey.
I am not writing more because more things here will set up confusion and that is not required. You all can listen to this wonderful track and try to interpret what it means. Are the people so nuts to write about monkey or they are really pissed about day to day dealings.

this is what the world makes most ppl.. "Proud monkeys" are everywhere..But the real monkey wld be the one who went to the city..made it big...Ruled it..But never forgot where he came from..indfact he created a new Jungle for his own clan..Anuj bhai u can write even better lyrics on this theme am sure...
