World at odds (WAO)

Hi guys,
Was waiting for some response, but that is hard to garner these days. Anyhow I will continue with my hoop hula. Saurabh I wrote it in continuation to our discussion.

Conviction is the most important thing to have at an early stage of any plan or story. If you do not believe in it yourself you will fail to make other believe. Other thing that is important is backing with lots of facts and figures. Fiction is sweet and facts are bitter. In the meantime one can start to pull a great team with expertise in his or her field. It is tricky to get people do something out of ordinary when they are happy in the routine work. Risk taking is like a gene not common to all but some amount of risk mitigation is essential. Well these are some ingredients that I would like to have in this story but for time being I will try to make the story more believable.
Coming back to where I left it. I still feel the story is in its fancy stage. Today itself I read in a newspaper a gal found people of like interest on a music social networking site. So what I can say my Idea is not original but the way I want to build it up will be different. Only thing that I require is number of iteration and that got difficult when you start off alone ( as for the time I have not pulled up team). I would like to reiterate the importance of flexibility and scalability of an idea. It may start as a toy train and we end up making a boat ( vese that is not goning to happen here ).
Let me put some goals that are achievable and can be worked up in next few months.
1) A strong team that want to do something for themselves with strong entrepreneurship keeda (Insect inside brain that gets a chemical loocha of right sort).
2) An idea that is bankable. I am not looking for 5% or 10 % of market share. I think a 1% is what is realistic for a small team with weekend kind of commitment.
3) Working to strength with lots of common sense. Technology and marketing is something the team can be good at.
4) Making contacts.
5) Meeting deadlines is important. No excuse attitude. If I have to sleep 3 hours I am ready but will like that form others too. I will come hard at you. HAHA kidding Rome was not build like this.
6) Observation and giving a trial run is important. It’s from mistake you learn. Ghajini to Hanibal all made great conquers after making mistakes and coming back.
7) EYE OF THE TIGER. Anyone who knows rocky will know this line. Either I don’t wear gloves or if I do I am not scared to die in ring.

I think a prototype of any idea we will work on has to be made. Paper work and those financial statements are not catchy enough. Let me put it simple, after putting work on it I am not looking for a refined idea but a product or service that is tangible and people can feel it. We may win or lose but the experience will last for lifetime.

Those who believe in themselves are those who rule this planet.

I will be doing some homework on side of all this and try to work do teen pone teen. You all are most welcomed to be part of it. I have limitation and I want to be dependent on those I trust that’s why I am coming to you all.

Never mind even if you read this I will full of gratitude to you folks.

And somehow I come to know from Abhishek that a big portal is coming on the same line soon. Man it has happened again but as I say Ghajini was not Memento and Sholay was not Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid. Two ideas can never be same.
